📋 Eligibility Requirements
- ✓ Be currently enrolled as an active student at an overseas university in a health- or sport-related discipline.
- ✓ Hold non-Indonesian citizenship.
- ✓ Submit an official letter from their home university confirming their nomination to participate.
- ✓ Be willing to complete and submit the required registration form and supporting documents.
- ✓ Be committed to participating in all program activities according to the established schedule.
🛡️ Covered Expenses
- ✓ Program Fees: Full participation in all academic program activities, lectures, and workshops.
- ✓ Accommodation: Free accommodation for 4 days during the offline program in Bandung (including breakfast).
- ✓ Meals: Daily meals (three times per day) during the program period in Indonesia.
- ✓ Local Transportation: Local transportation, including airport transfers between Jakarta/Bandung and the hotel.
- ✓ Activities: Bandung cultural experience, guided city tour, and conference participation support.
✈️ Self-Funded Expenses
Selected participants are kindly required to cover:
- ✗ Airfare: Round-trip international airfare from home country to Indonesia.
- ✗ Insurance: Mandatory travel and health insurance coverage for the duration of the trip.
- ✗ Personal Needs: Personal expenses, shopping, laundry, and other individual needs during the program.
